Every clinic on our platform holds JCI accreditation, ISO 9001, TEMOS, or equivalent international certification. We verify credentials annually and remove clinics that fail to maintain standards.
Our Medical Advisory Board includes 12 specialists from 8 countries who review every treatment guide and maintain clinical quality standards.
Every review on our platform is linked to a verified treatment booking. We do not accept anonymous reviews, paid reviews, or reviews from non-patients.
Every patient receives a personal medical coordinator at no cost. Coordinators are trained healthcare professionals, not call centre agents.
