About Dr. Sarah Mitchell
Dr. Sarah Mitchell is a British consultant reproductive medicine specialist who relocated to Brno, Czech Republic in 2012, drawn by Reprofit International’s world-class IVF laboratory and the opportunity to work with an internationally diverse patient population. With over 2,100 IVF cycles to her name, Dr. Mitchell has developed particular expertise in complex cases: recurrent implantation failure, immunological infertility, and patients who have had multiple failed cycles at other clinics.
Dr. Mitchell completed her specialist training at Hammersmith Hospital, London — one of the UK’s leading reproductive medicine centers — and subsequently undertook a fellowship at Reproductive Biology Associates (RBA) in Atlanta, one of the USA’s most research-active IVF centers. Her PhD research, completed at Masaryk University, focused on endometrial receptivity and implantation failure — directly informing her clinical approach to difficult IVF cases.
Dr. Mitchell has a particular reputation for honest, compassionate communication with patients — she presents outcome data transparently and supports patients through unsuccessful cycles with the same attentiveness as successful ones.
